Move Your Body: You’ll have a choice of 3 options when participating in this workshop:
1. Learn how to use just your body weight to build fitness. No equipment necessary! Neal Andrews, Exercise & Fitness Specialist with MUS Wellness, will teach basic body weight exercises and movements you can utilize anytime, anywhere: at home, in the office, or on the road.
2. Organized walk. Get some fresh air and join us for a walk around campus.
3. Organized run. Get your cardio in for the day and have fun with your coworkers on a lunchtime run.
***Workshop will be held in East Auxiliary Gym if inclement weather.

This workshop will be presented by Neal Andrews from MUS Wellness. Neal holds a Master's Degree in Exercise Science from University of Arkansas and is a certified personal trainer and educator.
